Interior Design Process
We have a simple three phase process, allowing our clients to sit back over the course of their project and trust our team to execute while still maintaining approvals on overall budget and style. Are you ready to create your masterpiece?
Assessment Phase
The Assessment sets the tone for the design. We develop a vision of your style and preferences using a Pinterest concept board, Houzz and other media. We also get to know you and the space with which we will be working. This includes measurements, pictures, a survey of existing furniture and artwork to be used, and an in depth conversation about wants, needs, likes and dislikes, the basis for our project. During this phase we will establish an estimated project budget and timeline.
Design Phase
During the Design phase we apply the findings from the Assessment into a full design concept with floor plans, furniture and finishes. This process, lasting several weeks, culminates with a full design presentation, complete with pictures and samples for our clients to see the vision beginning to take shape. You will be making selections from several options, and we will have a chance to do a round of revisions. You should never be presented with just one option, there are so many beautiful things to choose from! It is our responsibility to help you narrow things down to achieve your vision. In order to complete the aesthetic of a space, accessories are an important aspect of design. Mirrors, artwork, vases, bowls, faux or live plants are just a few examples of items that finalize a space. We offer an Accessory Package per room, to add the artful touch your space needs.
Implementation Phase
After your approval of the design we begin a careful process of placing orders and overseeing their shipment to our warehouse. Working with carefully selected vendors and design partners, all elements of your custom design are implemented. When all has arrived, we schedule an Installation Day! Then, our full-service installation process allows you to enjoy while we set up your new space, complete with all the details that make your home more beautiful. This will be a gratifying experience for both you, as our important client, and us, as we see the fruits of our labor.
